Josie joined the firm in May 2025, bringing with her over eight years of experience in the legal industry. With a background spanning both boutique and corporate law firms, she offers a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise that supports the firm’s operational excellence.

As Practice Manager, Josie oversees the trust account, ensures compliance as the firm’s AML Compliance Officer, leads marketing efforts, and works closely with the partners on business development initiatives. She also manages internal systems and procedures to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the firm, and supports team growth through involvement in staff integration and recruitment.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic, and proactive attitude, Josie is always looking for ways to innovate and improve. She has a keen interest in the integration of artificial intelligence in legal practice and is passionate about exploring how emerging technologies can enhance client service and firm performance.
