Kanchan Pathak

Kanchan Pathak is a Legal Executive at Patel Nand Legal and has been a valued member of the firm for over five years. She recently completed her legal executive studies and also holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Mathematics. Her practice focuses on residential conveyancing, where she assists clients with the sale and purchase of homes, first-home/KiwiSaver transactions, and subdivision matters, including both buying and selling subdivided properties.

Kanchan also works across private client services, preparing Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOAs), trusts, and wills, helping clients manage their personal and estate planning needs with clarity and care. She has experience acting on retirement village transactions and has also assisted with the sale and purchase of businesses, bringing a well-rounded understanding of property and transactional law.

Recognised for her calm and reliable nature, Kanchan is a skilled problem solver and multi-tasker, with excellent communication skills and a consistent ability to perform under pressure.
