Marina is a Senior Litigation Executive at Patel Nand Legal. Since joining the firm in 2023, she has worked closely with Radhe Nand, Ashneel Nand, and Shalvin Sharma, assisting on a wide range of matters across family law, immigration, and civil litigation.

Her work includes supporting clients through adoption proceedings, immigration visa applications, and various types of civil disputes, including debt recovery, protection orders, and relationship property matters. Originally from Tonga, Marina is a qualified lawyer in her home jurisdiction and is currently working toward admission in New Zealand. She is fluent in Tongan and is committed to providing culturally sensitive and accessible legal support to the firm’s diverse client base.
