Radhe is a Managing Director and co-founder of the firm, with extensive experience in New Zealand’s legal sector. Since being admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 1988, Radhe has built a diverse legal practice covering commercial law, property law, trusts, family law, employment law, immigration, and litigation. His legal expertise spans both individual and corporate matters, and he is known for delivering clear, practical advice across complex legal issues.
Radhe first migrated to New Zealand in 1982 and completed his Bachelor of Laws at the University of Auckland. Over the course of his career, he has advised on corporate structures, residential and commercial property transactions, family trusts, employment disputes, immigration matters, and commercial transactions. His client base includes individuals, families, businesses, and high-profile organisations, reflecting his ability to navigate a wide range of legal challenges.
Before co-founding the firm in 2004 with Hemant Patel, Radhe worked in several well-established law firms in New Zealand, gaining broad experience across multiple areas of law. His leadership has helped shape the firm’s multidisciplinary approach and commitment to client service.
Radhe has also made significant contributions to the legal profession and the wider community. He is a founding member of the Immigration and Refugee Law Sub-Committee, a member of the Property and Business Law Committee of the Auckland District Law Society, and has served on the New Zealand Refugee Council. He is currently a member of the Mental Health Review Tribunal and acts as Honorary Legal Counsel to a number of religious, sporting, cultural, educational, and charitable health organisations in New Zealand and overseas.
